🎄FESTIVE SEASON RESTAURANT HOURS 🎄:   The Pilbara Room Restaurant will be closed to the public for dinner on the 24^th, 25^th, 26^th and 31^st December 2025, and the 1^st January 2026.  Room Service dinner is available for in-house guests between 6pm and 7pm on all the abovementioned dates aside from 25^th December as the Restaurant will be closed. Breakfast trays will be provided to in-house guests on the 25^th and 26^th December, and the 1^st January as the restaurant will be closed for breakfast on these dates.

Check out the delicious dishes offered at The Pilbara Room (see bottom of page).  Groups and functions are welcome!  Open 7 days a week for breakfast (7am - 9am) and dinner (5.30pm - 9.00pm - last orders 8.30pm)! 

Start your evening with a quiet bevvy in our cocktail bar - always an enjoyable time spent before dinner. Our 'Pilbara Room" a la carte dining restaurant is a favourite for our regular guests and is renowned in town!

The exquisitely curated and uniquely designed menu features a choice of fresh seafood, prime meat cuts and local produce along with some international flavours designed by our internationally trained chefs.  There is something to please every palate. 

Coffee and liqueurs are available and we also offer a tasty special children's menu. Mouth-watering desserts round off the meal with long standing classics including their signature warm Sticky Date with butterscotch sauce.

Set in a friendly relaxed atmosphere the Pilbara Room, renowned in town as 'the' place to dine, is perfect for that romantic meal, special occasion or just to reminisce on the day's adventure. We look forward to welcoming you with our friendly northern style of hospitality and service.
