Our 'Pilbara Room" a La Carte restaurant offers  a choice of  fresh seafood, prime meat cuts and local produce along with some international flavours. Our Crumbed camembert, Mexican Prawn Skewers, Moroccan Rack of Lamb, Lobster Thermidor, the sumptuous Ice Cream filled Brandy Snap Baskets and our locally renowned Icky Sticky pudding are but a few of the choices to wet your appetite!
